Megan has 17 years of combined experience as a speech language pathology assistant and speech-language pathologist primarily working with elementary school students through young adults. She also worked as a Speech Language Pathologist in a nonpublic school called Pacific Autism Center for Education. Additionally, Megan has taught beginning, intermediate, and work skills TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) classes to adult English language learners with Gateway Technical and Community College. She has worked with some adults with developmental disabilities in nursing homes and home health. Megan uses various phonological and phonemic awareness activities to help learners with literacy goals. She also has access to many vocabulary and reading comprehension activities. Megan is currently working at home as a virtual/remote speech language pathologist with school age and high school students. She is looking forward to working with adults and giving back to the community!
